A modern house with a dose of tradition
Modern style furniture, equipment and devices match today's standards, while the traditional Istrian stone style is preserved through the exterior elements.
Exterior
The Villa's exterior is an Istrian style house with native stone details, whereas the garden consists of the following elements:
- Parking space in front of the house closed by an electronic gate.
- Big swimming pool with a lightened relax area all around it, sunbeds and solar shower included. The pool has a dynamic depth going from a more shallow depth to a more deep one.
- Roofed terrace with a big table and chairs for eating or socializing.
- An outdoor fireplace to prepare your favourite grill dishes.
Yes, the entrance to the property is right beside the road, so you don't have to take uncomfortable side roads.
Ideally 2 cars/vehicles (ex. van) can be parked in the property.
Right after the main entrance is the parking space and the front door of the Villa. On the opposite side of building is the swimming pool area and under it, it's the outdoor fireplace/grill area. The other areas are decorated with herbs and other bushy plants
Each bedroom has its own fully equipped bathroom.
Each bedroom has its own Smart TV with satellite programs and Netflix included.
Front-end and design are remarkably complex these days. That’s why we invite kind, smart folks from the community to run online workshops for all of us to learn together. And we have new ones.
Interior
The interior consists exclusively of modern and functional elements:
- An open space containing the kitchen, dining and living room with direct exits to the swimming pool area. A big TV with satellite programs and Netflix are included.
- Bedroom 1 - king size bed, direct exit to the swimming pool area.
- Bedroom 2 - king size bed, its own terrace with a direct sight of the Adriatic sea.
- Bedroom 3 - 2 single beds joinable into a king size bed.
